Workshop Description

Learn how the JFrog Platform on Azure can help you build and scale your applications seamlessly in the cloud. In this workshop you will get hands-on experience with the JFrog Platform, and set up a secure JFrog private Docker registry to deploy images to an Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) cluster that you create. You’ll learn how to leverage pipeline automation, artifact management, and security tools to manage your Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and bring DevOps to the cloud on Azure.

Topics that will be covered:

  • Understand the roles of Artifactory and Xray in your software delivery life cycle (SDLC).
  • Use Local, Remote and Virtual Repositories in Artifactory.
  • Publish and promote your artifacts and Build Info.
  • Scan your artifacts and builds for security vulnerabilities.
  • Build and deploy your application onto Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

JFrog Senior Technical Alliance Manager

Jeff is a senior technical alliance manager on the JFrog business development team where he works with the JFrog ecosystem partners to deliver innovative technology solutions. Previously, he was part of the partner and alliances engineering team at CloudBees where he delivered partner integrations for Amazon, Microsoft, Google, VMware and ServiceNow. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling around the world with his family, racing karts with his son and watching his daughter do front handsprings.
